AU Trade Promotion Terms
Applicable to all Australian trade promotions
1. Permit & Compliance
All Manifest Prizes trade promotions operating in Australia are conducted under the relevant state and territory trade promotion lottery permits. Permit numbers are displayed on each trade promotion page.
2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Manifest Prizes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Method
Entries are obtained by purchasing a trade promotion package during the entry period. Each package specifies the number of entries included. No additional purchase is necessary beyond the package price.
4. Draw Process
Winners are selected via a live random number generator draw, broadcast on our social media channels. The draw is conducted in the presence of an independent witness. All entry numbers are published prior to the draw.
5. Prize Delivery
Prizes are delivered within 30 days of the draw. Vehicle prizes include registration transfer and delivery to a capital city location. Cash alternatives may be offered at the discretion of Manifest Prizes.
6. Winner Notification
Winners are notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days or a redraw may be conducted.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
